Tenants & your rent

A tenant only owes from their start date. Change rent with Apply — earlier months stay on the old amount.

Tenant Rent From month Start date

To change rent, type the new amount, pick the month it starts, then Apply. Months before that stay on the old rent.

FEWA bill

Enter the bill for the month it covers. It is charged on the next month’s notice with that month’s rent — so September FEWA goes on the October notice.

Add tenants first, then enter the bill.

When you pay your landlord, record it in Expenses as ROOM RENT. When you pay DEWA/FEWA yourself, record that in Expenses as FEWA.
