Staff profit bonus

When monthly qualifying profit reaches your limit, apply a percentage or fixed bonus pool split equally among active staff. Qualifying profit = service profit − PRO commission − mistake payments.

Add one or more profit limits — each tier can use % of profit or a fixed AED pool. Highest matching tier applies.
